I. The Company Baker Sten-Tel, Inc. is a national transcription service provider which utilizes its own patented dictation & transcription technology (patent # 5,828,730) to provide automated, state-of-the-art services globally to the medical, legal, law enforcement, insurance and corporate markets. II. The Service Baker Sten-Tel provides telephonic and internet-based transcription service to clients who need dictation of correspondence and reports transcribed same-day or next-day. With teleconference accessories, the system also supports the recording of meetings which need transcribing. The automated voice/text archival, quality control, and billing modules in the technology add value and flexibility to the service offered. III. The Technology Sten-Tel's technology was developed in recognition of the need to improve the methods and efficiency of service being offered in the transcription industry. With over eight years of development, application, and refinement, we now boast one of the world's best dictation, transcription, and workflow systems. Additionally, the Sten-Tel ASP's redundancy and backup practices, coupled with it's Class V hosting facility, demonstrates that security and stability are key priorities.
