With our phone-in service, the person needing to dictate a document can call into our system via a 1-800 number, enter their own unique seven-digit ID number and dictate. They can call in from any phone. One of our many qualified MT's type the job, we edit it, and it is then ready to download directly at their office via the internet within 24 hours. They then have the text right there in their office in Word format, where minor editing can be done if they want to change the wording, etc. We also have STAT service available when needed.
